9:30 Club voted the best venue in DC, but you already knew that.

in dc . . . is there really any other venue that holds a candle to the club?  i mean, really?  outside of dc, there are plenty, but come on . . . do we really need to ask that question, 'in dc'?

Black Cat?  Same type venue but has cheaper beer and less people in the crowd.  I guess you are more likely to pay for parking at the Black Cat.

at the nine thirty, i dont have to run to my car after a show . . . oops, did i say that outloud.  i remember the good ole days of teh black when there was that small parking lot right across the way.  spare change for the homeless.

haven't been in awhile, is the small lot gone. yeah, terrible parking over there. and not so scary these days over on T St. walkonby.
awesome!  thanks!  do they still sell vegan burritos from girls who look like they really hate men?  i always loved that about the black cat.  and the staff who try to look cool by reading books during an fucking incredibly loud concert.  oh those beards.

Me too!
You could probably see The Blow, get to the bank and the show would still be yet to start there.
