i saw billy at HFStival (2005?) and he was a hoot and a great showman. he played up his image and didn't himself too seriously. and to pique rhett and joe's interest: he is TOTALLY RIPPED.

definitely a recommended show. i'm hoping to make one of the NYC performances, but it's iffy… hard to tell where i'll be, physically.
I saw him in 1984 and he was pure cheese then. No doubt a complete joke now!

well, if Human League, Belinda Carlisle, ABC, Naked Eyes, Flock of Seagulls, Dead or Alive, etc can get together for the Regeneration Tour, why not billy? c'mon rhett, you know you're going to be at wolf trap on 8/26. break out your pastel-colored polo shirt and spray-net.

maybe we didn't heed glass tiger's big hit, "don't forget me when i'm gone"… :p

I caught him in NYC on his first tour, and people were dancing like cuh-RAZY!!! I'm sure the lame DC crowds will just stand there with their dicks in their hands.

nissan pavilion sells paninis now?
I heard on WAMU that Nissan Pavillion "seats" 25,000. Do they really count lawn as "seats"?

WAMU obviously did, since 25k is nissan's total capacity including the lawn.
