rhcp worst band ever
Maybe one notch above Creed, Nickelback, Days of the New but yeah, pretty low on the worst band/best band list.

Absolutely! I can't even begin to tell you how much I hate the Red Hot Chili Shits.

On the other hand, Spiritualized means that I must make a pilgrimage to the club for a band that I go see religiously.
You guys just weren't around for the Peppers glory years of the 80's.

Three hours later I'm still fuming here that I"m out of town that week. FUCK.

I was…. and they were never anything I glorified or even tolerated. Would often change the station or even turn the radio off when they were constantly played over the air. In fact, one of the biggest reasons that I completely stopped listening to HFS way before they went off the air.

Sorry, Yada. There are a few other dates that maybe you might be able to attend.

Flea and Chad Smith are pretty solid, I can see Kiedis being a turn off..  Worst band ever, like Nickleback-esque?  I don't think so..
I was referring to their pre-Mother's Milk output. Sort of doubt WHFS was playing  "Fight Like a Brave" but then again i was in college in upstate New York in 1987.

That's a hell of a month of May, I'm exhausted just looking at that.
19 two hour workdays with commuting thrown in. They'll be working almost as much as a federal worker!

At the risk of sounding extra old; on my birthday, at that; me and the Shitty Peppers go way back to about 1982. They played a small club in Baltimore and even saw them not long afterwards on some late night show not long after that. I remember everyone saying how bad they were but couldn't stop talking about the strip down they were well known for. If I remember correctly, they were wearing Nazi regalia while onstage. They were pretty humble and scared teenagers off stage which is kind of funny when you think about it.

In order to justify staying on this thread, here's a couple friends of mine's band who will be playing in Baltimore and DC soon. Good band with a new album coming out. They've had help from Ulrich Schauss, Johny Fryer (Depeche Mode) and Robin Guthrie for a few of their tracks here and there. One of the members is also a member of The Vandelles.

Dead Leaf Echo

March 7th
Metro Gallery
Baltimore, MD.

March 8th
Velvet Lounge
Washington DC.
