Looks like The Stooges will be hitting the road again with James Williamson on guitar.  I saw 2 shows before Ron died and they never played a single song from the James Williamson era.  I'm really looking forward to hear some stuff on Raw Power and some of the other stuff they did with James…..Gimme Some Skin, I Gotta Right etc.   Are you listening Seth????????

seeing the Stooges a few years ago the 930 club was one of the best shows i've ever seen.  i don't think these shows can top it but i'm willing to take the risk and catch the stooges again whenever they hit dc.  ;D

I've seen him 4 0r 5 times, twice with the Stooges.  The guy is a freak of nature.  Walkie if they hit dc go to the show I guarentee you will be glad you did.

from the passing, little amount that i have witnessed of him, iggy's power does seem to have to ability to blow one away.  perhaps i shall.

that last stooges show at the 930 is in my all-time top five. truly was a mind-blowing show.

So on pollstar i'm seeing that Phoenix/Chairlift are playing 9:30 on 9/27 but I can't find out anything else about it. I was hoping it would be in today's email, but nope. Anyone know when tickets go on sale?

The general rule of thumb is six weeks in advance given a few days which would mean next week I think.
