How far is 930 from Reagan Airport?
Any Hotels nearby?
Flying up from Florida, and any replies would be appreciated!!!!!!!!!
take the metro and you will be at the 9:30 club in thirty minutes (in the evening, it might take up to 40 minutes, but not more).

I suggest you take the yellow line until "Gallery Place/Chinatown" and then change to the green line until the "U Street/African American Civil War Museum/Cardozo" stop.

as for the hotels, not sure, but not too far you have the Dupont Circle area with quite a few hotels, not sure about the prices though.

Perfect timing. Rodgers could step in for Shane the next night if Shane can't make it.

They were so, so, SO good at UofR earlier this year. Will be there.
You live in Richmond and go to shows in Baltimore? That's hardcore.

If they're on an OK night of the week and there's nothing to do here that day, why not? I certainly wouldn't come for just anyone but Deerhoof was one of the best shows I'd seen all year and I wasn't even that big of a fan.
Ladytron in the US in the Spring but no dates yet.

$38 - $128

Ouch. I think I paid about $20 to see Queen WITH Freddie back in the day.

I know in the rest of the world Queen was outrageously huge. Can they really pull off big arenas at these prices (without Freddie) in the USA?
The answer Bombay is no, I really don't think they can. I can't imagine Queen without Freddie. He WAS Queen (no pun intended). Not that Brian May isn't a great guitarist, but I don't see that show selling out.
From what I've heard Paul doesn't sing lead on all songs, as Roger Taylor is no slouch on vocals. He and Brian were after all providing harmonies behind Freddie. While I doubt it's going to sellout, it will attract those people wanting to hear BR live, (which even when Freddie was around, they used a video for the parts of in concert) and to hear Queen's "biggest" hit "We Will Rock You", heard of course at fine sporting events everywhere. The thought of a crowd wanting to hear WWRY live, makes my skin crawl…
