Wow.  I know people in a couple of those local bands.  Weird.  Also what is 40 West St?  I should probably look it up.  I cant imagine where in that area they could host a music fest…

This started last year in Richmond and was pretty well run (similar to the Hopscotch model, which it shares a weekend with this year unfortunately) but had a mostly locals-only lineup. Definitely stepped up the headliner quality from last year.  :o
