Most bands have a cycle…they come out with a record that sounds fresh…different….they are hip for a while…people want to see them…the follow up is invariably not as fresh or different or the same (ie., as good)…the joy of discovery is precluded…people begin to move on

Living Thing was solid. I actually prefer it to Writer's Block. Saw a couple great shows @ the club during that tour. They lost me after that.
