This is true, and I'd go so far as to say they're not really a "music" band either.
Agreed. In nearly 16 years of seeing live music, there one of about three shows that I left half way through their show. 930 Club probably three or four years ago, terrible show.

Thought they were good at Rams Head Live except the fact that they had to tune their guitars after
every f'ing song. Killed the flow.

Maybe Pavement will play Wolftrap. That would fit in with the other venues size-wise that they've announced for the US leg of the tour so far.
