i was at the opera last night and asked the staff about on sale date and they said january 30 for kennedy center members and february 8 for the general public. so, we've got over 8 months. the few staff i spoke all said they were super excited for this show as well.

That could be referring to anyone.  Perhaps Minor Threat is opening.

Maybe the special guests are the members of Scream.

I think it'd be more likely for Dave Grohl to pop in than have Off! open that night.

Won't be Dave Grohl…his band is playing some festival that day.

I think it's legit.  I see all of Off's fb stuff and anytime they've dropped something like this they've played it.  I could be wrong, but I hope not.
