Holy sh*t…….Faith No More reunites for European tour?
Seth needs to book these guys when they come Stateside:

Is this the "We Care A Lot" Faith No More, or the Faith No More that begat Limb Bizkit, Linkin Park, Korn and bad rap rock in general?
Maybe someone on here other than me cares about this one, but probably not.

wow… two announcements really caught my eye in the e-mail blast:
Tu 4/7 Deadmau5 w/ The Whip & Late of the Pier Late Show! 10pm Doors
that's a relatively insane line-up, if you like dancing to blips and beeps. too bad it's late on a weeknight, might have a negative impact on attendance (but will have a very positive effect on personal dancing space for those who do make it there!)
M3 Rock Festival Presented by 98 Rock featuring
TWISTED SISTER ? RATT ? EXTREME
Kix ? Dokken ? Slaughter ? Y&T ? Gilby Clarke ? Keel ? Jetboy ? L.A. Guns ? Jani Lane of Warrant ? XYZ ? BulletBoys ? Slamm and more!

First, I'm still pissed that I NEVER get the blast no matter how many times I sign up for it.
Second, that Rock Fest lineup totally made me flip out…in 1991

1991???? Maybe 1984, if you we're lame in the 80's.

i liked some of those bands back in the 80s and i was NOT lame!!!!! I was 10. i guess 10 year olds are inherintly lame.

nah, he's prog house/club/melodic trance/etc. LotP are more along the lines of hot chip. i'm unfamiliar with the whip. so in the end, no real blips and beeps - i was using that expression to describe EDM in general, since some people can't tell kraftwerk from danny tenaglia. "it's all blips and beeps to me…"
should be an excellent show. we're not getting deadmau5 in the line-up 'round these here parts.

Dude, Slaughter wasn't even around in 1984! :P And Gilby Clarke didn't replace Izzy in GnR until 1991. Only a couple of those bands were anywhere in 1984.
And I was like 14 at the time. All 14 year olds are lame.

The Whip has a blips and bleeps here and there, but they rock.

What's wrong with Iota? Easy parking, shows don't start too late, friendly staff…you'd prefer, what, Backstage?

isnt Danny Tenaglia in Kraftwerk? the whip is a bit like VHS or Beta but a little less disco housey……
