I mean, I think knowing before one buys tickets the likelihood of encountering Hutch is a valuable piece of information. Not valuable enough to unblock him, but still valuable. It’s all about being an informed consumer.

It's probably cheaper to get a bed for the night in Baltimore/Richmond than DC.

I think economics is a big part of it although I doubt it’s hotel rates
