Also, they will be releasing sometime this winter a dvd of some highlights from the 2011 Austin Psych Fest. Will contain performances from Roky Erickson, The Black Angels and Spectrum along with other bands who played the festival.

different costs posted not sure which is accurate…
Might sit this one out. Too far for me, and the cost I just can't do right now. New album sounds great though. Can only hope to win tickets, have a live stream from NPR or…next time 930 club (or heck, even DAR except that venue seems to restrict Adams' fan a bit) Thanks, Seth for booking him.

$30 base
$40 total if you get std mail (process fee a little high $6; +$4). It's better than the cost at 6th & I and I don't remember BC / RHT/L(?) price(s). Thanks Seth, finally at the club and a decent price (sans the average fees).
They are a run of the mill band that should cost no more than $15.

And yes, I know this is the minority opinion since their shows always sell out at twice that.

The avg. price of a ticket these days is $25-30 so sounds like it evens out.
I wouldn't see them for $50 that's certain.
anyone have issue w/ Ryan tix? Main page for tickets at TM keeps spinning saying it is automatically picking my seats - the beta auto pick seats…

edit: thanks for the confirm shemp I didn't know if it was TM/my cpu/sold out - it's the latter and I had no way to confirm since nothing on the page worked or allowed me to enter any text/selections. The thing kept spinning saying it was picking my seats. good luck tomorrow if you try.

Were you using the paxam11 presale code?  It kept saying no tickets available for me, but then at about 10:25 I got like 10th row orchestra.
both the pax am presale and the IMP presale yielded me nothing but whack balcony seats. gonna try again tomorrow. ticketmaster is so much fun.
I had 2 orchestra seats.  I was about to check out and then it took them away from me.  It said they were switching to the regular 'best available' type search right in the middle… and then I got nothing.  Fail.
I tossed back Row Y seats, then couldn't get anything. Oh well…
Where did you guys pick up the Pax Am pre-sale? FB? Website? I'm mostly just curious if there is email correspondence / newsletters. I joined the email list and haven't rec'd anything. I check the PA home page and FB and the news is the same, which is good, but I am cannot get to both all day, so email blasts would help me out esp. with pre-sales.
(Sorry, I'll move or create a new thread but if you all can deal w/ Nancy Grace in Just Announced…)
the pax am presale info came from an email blast that went out yesterday…. http://paxamrecords.com/ has the sign up
it was the same presale password for both on sale times.
not that it matters now, but i had two presale passwords: PaxAm11 and ashes11
thanks for letting me know. didn't think about checking my spam box.
Looks like some decent seats were up though. I'm guessing more are available since he's on his own label, he doesn't have to gift as many to label heads and associates and street teamers.
