Not to drag a different conversation into this one, the post was made in reply to someone saying that the criminal involved did not take anything after he broke into the computer.  The EXTREMELY VALID point I was making is that this argument would be the same as if I broke into a house and said it was not a crime because I didn't take anything.  Both crimes involved gaining illegal access, what actions one took once there are a different issue.  Not that I have explained it I am sure even YOU can understand the point.
