We had a company outing planned for this last year and a week after we bought tickets, COVID just shut the entire state down. Do we tempt fate again . . .

Every time I hear any of they/their tunes, I dig them. I need to listen to a whole album.

I like the solo Buck Meek more than the solo Adrienne Lenker or Big Thief.

It's not really that convenient…I realized I haven't seen Wilco (other than Tweedy side things in a decade or more), so If I'm on town I'll bring better beer and we can drink it at the location below.

wait, did Jules just log into yada's account?  Or is yada thinking of smuggling contraband into MPP?

Isn't he suggesting consuming alcohol *before* entering Merriweather?

I did stuff like that before concerts when i was 16, though it was with vodka or wine coolers instead of craft beer.

Seems like a fairly on brand wet blanket space comment, but you don't have a beer or two or picnic in a lot prior to a concert? I mean, didn't you used to smuggle beers into movie theatres and restaurants?
I always pregame….always… the more the better..

Sorry, didn't mean to dampen your idea. Juvenile play is fun from time to time. I'm online planning a trip to an amusement park with my teenage daughter as we speak. I'm not immune to reliving my youth from time to time either. My wife would say too often.

I'm sure this is a spacetroll, but are you really being serious? Having a beer and or food in a parking lot or grassy knoll prior to a concert is juvenile? I would assume you'd support it since it makes the evening cheaper.
We are healing.

Whether it's juvenile or not depends on how wasted you choose to get, doesn't it? I guess if one was planning on getting wasted, one wouldn't be drinking craft beer.
Phew, DMV dogged that bullet :)
