Boardie meetup?

Seems like a natural Fillmore show, no?
This is one of the most bizarre Anthem bookings ever. This is a band that I thought was relegated to Celebrate Fairfax and Harborfest type events – how many tickets are they going to realistically push at a significant price point in the year 2021?

Torturously unfunny, just like his predecessor.

Kinda bummed that it's at MPP…but decent line up

When did IMP take over All things Go??
Huh? This seems like a dumb and entitled comment from someone complaining we don’t get any festivals

Merriwether is nice!

Where would you rather it be, Jiffy Lube? Your lawn?

Man no matter what IMP books…complaints

the mall where landmark fest was…
So you are bummed it’s not five minutes from your house…ok got it.

pretty much.
not sure how Columbia MD is considered DC, but OK

In Chicago and San Fran, they have festivals right in the city …not some 45 min drive to the hinterlands where there are no viable public transit options

FTR, I did say it was a good line up and thought it was a good fest and glad to see it
Guess $150 is standard for this now.  Wanted to get the family tix, but $600 is more than I'm personally willing to drop
They will have to just be happy with the Arlo Pork tix

the past ATG fests were downtown too
So you are bummed a festival that you aren’t planning to go to because it’s too expensive isn’t going to happen five minutes from your house.

Got it.

I want a DC based festival to become a tradition, [glow=red,2,300]in DC[/glow]. But, my guess is that the logistics of that are a bitch, and that having IMP produce it is easy-peasy for the organizers. No streets to block off, permits to pull. etc.

And Landmark didn't sell well enough for it to become a tradition in DC.

That being said: having this at MPP is so much more convenient for me, personally.

42% chance I will go to this.
I remember when I first met Sidehatch going with him to a festival in Charlestown, West Virginia 73 miles away or twice as far as Columbia …he even drove!

True story
I'm more bummed about the line up vs. the location.

Probably not as good at building boats as his predecessor was, either.
His memes are cluttering up my Facebook
Add Tonic and Better than Ezra to Collective Soul show at Anthem
You know how we can tell things are back to normal?

Sidehatch is complaining about festival being too far and expensive and Yada about the lineup!

The pandemic truly is over!
