Just Announced

foo fighters….I'm ashamed to say that I even went to this year's HFStival. God they were amful. Whoever decided that having the formalinized Billy Idol, Coldplay, and the Foos as the headliners for that thing was on crack. I'll still go to Charm City to watch them and Weezer churn out the old hits one more time. It's almost worth it just to watch the little 14 year old punks talk about how legendary the two bands are. Any idea when tix go onsale???

There's probably a connection with hfs being Baltimore and the Weezer/Foo Fighters show being in Baltimore

The Funk Box
Any word on tickets? The Funk Box nee The 8x10 was where Kosmette and I went on our second date…
Nothing on ticketmaster, nor has the Idlewild show appeared on the Funk Box's website, but no September show has as of yet.
could the baltimore weezer/foo's show actually be Merriweather in Columbia?

press release says: FOO FIGHTERS & WEEZER UNITE
TO CO-HEADLINE SEPT.-OCT. NORTH AMERICAN ARENA TOUR, so probably not Merriweather.

weezer rocked A.C. Thursday Night…sorta strange venue the Borgata is.
not sure how 'new' this is, but Gogol Bordello have been added to the Flogging Molly show at Sonar August 8th. Worth going to just to see Gogol.
