What?!?!  Never heard of 'Green Grass and High Tides?'  Castles of stone, soul, and glory…

Every bit the quintessential Southern Rock anthem as Free Bird.

Maybe I heard it and didn't know it was them but no.. never heard them!

ok i researched it.. looks like the Outlaws.. a band I don't know anything about still has 2 original members

Charlie Daniels: 1
Lynrd: 1 (I will not count the dude who was with them before they made it and then joined later when everyone had died..sorry)
Molly Hatchet: 1

so we're at 5

Blackfoot is a band I know nothing about and they have 0 original members

the other bands I think are newer so more original members…

so for the five older bands we have five original members

not bad.. 1 original member per band ratio!!!!!!

It gets better - original member of Blackfoot Rickey Medlocke tours with Lynyrd Skynyrd…

I saw that! I want to be at that show but I just can't hike up to NYC for it…I can't see them doing it in DC but it would be nice… even Philly I might manage..

I was just listening to Robyn in my car as a matter of fact…

I don't know that they'd do it here, but maybe we'll get a Robyn show around that time anyway… besides this NYC show, he's also playing Somerville, MA on March 3rd, hopefully he books something local (that isn't Northern VA) around that time….

i got nothing other than Nick Cave played here many times and I think he probably likes to play different places..

not sure when PJ was here last but there must be an element to waiting between shows in a specific market in order to be able to extract a higher fee…

no I just don't see it in either case.. Nick Cave came here twice on his last tour

getting screwed is like when Ween didn't play DC for 5 years and you had to go Richmond, Delaware Beaches or Baltimore

She appears to have US festival dates over the summer leaking out so I bet DC gets something around then. The April tour looks to be all small theaters.
well if you can't go to PJ there's always this
