Apparently The Decemberists are going on a hiatus after this tour so if you're on the fence you may want to go.

Can't say I'm very excited about seeing Best Coast…

If you are expecting a typical Hall and Oates show, you would be mistaken. "I don't do Hall and Oates without Hall," Oates explains. He, instead, puts a more interpretive, acoustic feel to the pair's classics. The audience is also in for a treat when Oates performs his own material from albums Phunk Shui and 1000 Miles of Life. His 3rd solo album Mississippi Mile, which is an ode to artists and songs that were instrumental in shaping his connection with music at a young age, is due out April 2011.
