SUN NOV 26- NEW YORK DOLLS
Anyone see their last show at 9:30? How were they?
Straylight Run, Matt Pond PA, Kevin Devine, Street to Nowhere
1-Dec-06 Baltimore, MD Ottobar

Matt Pond PA is one of my favorite bands, and I will never, ever pass up a chance to see them if I can help it. Their shows are pure magic. Apparently they're supposed to be playing in Fredricksburg tomorrow night, but I can't really find any information about it. :(

And Straylight Run aren't too shabby, either. I've seen them once, and they were quite good. A rather unique band for the "scene" into which they tend to be grouped.

I had a great time. I'll definitely be at this.
today at josh ritter's in store performance at olssons in dupont, he said he's going to be doing a solo accoustic show at the birchmere january 28th or somewhere around then
that was a great performance at olssons. i expected maybe 30 minutes but were treated to a full hour! probably twice as long as he'll get tonight as jamie cullum's opener!

The concert on their DVD is better than decent. Oh well, I don't think any amount of critisism can talk me out of buying a ticket to this.
Will Weird Al be the opener?

I was unaware Tenacious D was big enough to play Patriot Center. Go figure.
Hell yeah, they probably total about 10.5 feet and 450 lbs. hehehe

450 lbs. might be underestimating how much those fatasses weigh.
