ticketbastard page says GA floor and GA bowl - so it's inside the stadium. i wonder if "bowl" means that they'll won't be using the upper decks.

no mention of a presale, but since both bowl and floor are GA it shouldn't be hard to get tickets.
I can't believe they're having this on the absolute WORST day to get to and from DC.
