His show at Strathmore last June was amazing. He sounded great and was in great spirits. Touching, funny, and still significant. I want to go to both DC shows, but will probably only make it to one.

people are slipping up announcing shows… this tendency to announce only shows that people think are "cool" will consign this thread to the oblivion julian desires…
Colleen Green/Upset
4/8
Metro Gallery

That Upset album was one of the better pop-punk albums of 2013.
And the Colleen Green album is so far one of my favs of this year.

You see..this is what I'm talking about..its fine to announce these shows that appeal to such a limited audience but you also have to announce shows like John Prine… if you're only going to announce hobo rock this thread will be useless but to 5 people!

Try to be a bit more comprehensive Azaghal..you used to do it man..what happened?

The staggering hypocrisy of a guy who can't stop talking about the Grateful Dead and Jerry Garcia referring to other types of music as "hobo".

I love the new Colleen Green but no way I'm making it to Baltimore. Wonder if there's any chance of a DC date too.
My partner loves twitter, but alas, it confounds me.
