Just Announced

Anyone feel weird Katy Perry is on this despite having at least two credible allegations of assault against her come to light in the last month?
Can I volunteer to be her next 'victim?'

Plus my library will have its usual rummage sale. Come buy some cheap shit.

Free parking in lots 1 and Z. $3/hr in the garage.

Snail Mail and Priests is a tasty bill but why in two different spots?

The concert hall fits 1,000 (more if they open the chorister seats) and is seated. The pavilion is basically the lobby. Pavilion concerts are similar to the Millennium Stage, but mostly standing (or sitting on the floor for kiddie stuff).

Any reviews for the venue/Snail Mail? Regret missing them at the club last year. My personal trek to College Park is a grueling one but would be willing to make it if they're great live.
Honestly not sure why they are big? They do sound a bit generic to me. I think they got Best New Music from Pitchfork and most of the time, that's good enough reason for DC folks to show up at shows.

I have only snaimailed once, and it was a weird venue for the record release and I was not thrilled.  I would like to see them in a club, not sure about this kind of sterile environment. Would recommend waiting for the next 930 show.
Remember when Snail Mail used to post here on this forum? Glad he's gone on to become a rock star.

of course . . . I have tried to listen to them, because of the name.  I cannot remember if  I liked them or not.  I forget stuff.  I will try again to see.  Man, I love the Black Cat!
