I can't picture you in anything but black or white pleated pants and high tops.

True. That is what I usually wear to the pool….

They could add another DC show on the 15th but then they’d be playing three nights in a row which they seem to be avoiding.

I guess they don’t mind playing three nights in a row…
I saw they have added His Lordship to The Hives show in July, which will make it quite the event.

His Lordship is a duo doing that raucous Rock N' Roll thang.  James Walbourne who is currently on lead guitar for The Pretenders leads the group.  Most of what was available for streaming seems to have been restricted to elsewhere, as only a couple tracks and YouTube videos are out there.  Hopefully, their whole album will be out at some point.
What are the chances aftermarket tickets for Neil Young will drop before the show?
A lot of Realtors, just shit their pants, all at once.

In addition to the Pretenders, Walbourne has quite a discography.

This is the question I am also asking….

I guess I think lawn has to go down from $85! And back of the pavilion too…but I think the 100s and 200s -the good stuff- will hold at $200-$300.

was wondering exactly what you were talking about…. And then I read this

Total game changer, across the "boards." It will clean "house" and dictate who's willing to work for who, at what cost. Twenty-two years in the industry and it be will interesting to see the next wave of lawsuits from buyers who think agents are useless and decide to go it alone without proper representation . . . and get screwed over by sellers.
I am of two minds about this but my third mind is too lazy to type my thoughts and my fourth mind thinks nobody cares.
A mind, is a terrible thing to waste, on a forum.

People who think they can sell their house without professional representation just blow my mind. Your home is your most valuable asset and you're going to sell it like you would a used car? Amazing.

Thanks, yeah, prices dropping $40-50 would be a big difference to me.

Some nice ones. I feel like in the summer Wolftrap is Anthem’s biggest competitor.

Pretty impossible to compete with a beautiful national park.

I feel like their target demographic has gotten a bit younger but that’s probably just denial

Definitely denial. Age demo is the same; it's just that that demo now includes older millennials.
