Just Announced

Is there really any upside when it comes to Lady Gaga?

Lady Gaga's Richmond show was moved to September 25th, so DC should be around that time too.

Downside, the show was bumped to the Landmark Theater and is all GA.  If this show gets moved to DAR/ Patriot Center I'll be real upset, especially if the show is GA.  I think the prior ticket holders should get seating priority if this happens.  Ugh.
I heard my first Lady Gaga song two days ago. Shit is absolutely horrendous. People pay to be subjected to that? Seriously?

thats my take on it. was talking to my boss and he was telling me how his daughter and all her friends never got into Miley but they love Lady Gaga (12 year old range). Hes just thankful shes not begging him to go to the show at Terminal 5. Somehow Id prob be tasked with that job.

This is part of why this concert would have been an epic 9:30 club show.  With 15% of the audience pre teen girls and the other 85% gay male, it would have been a crazy mix.  Especially with all the parents taking kids.  I mean really, who else could have organized "Lady Gaga Week" with events every night for a week leading up to the show at different bars?
Yes yes yes yes yes!!!!!!!!!!

although i have to say the first two verses of "Just Dance" certainly bring back memories of days gone by.

"i love this record, baby, but i can't see straight anymore"  if i had a nickel…..

I would hope the Lips put a minimum of effort into Sunday's show for once. I've seen them three times and the last two times I saw them it was the same shit, same songs, same gimmicks.

so true…their concerts are just a big schtick..

I can pretty much call the setlist right now, I might miss one or two, but I'll be close:

Race for the Prize
Fight Test
Yoshimi 1
Yeah Yeah Yeahs Song
Seven Nation Army cover
Buggin'
She Don't Use Jelly
Do You Realize?
The Gash
Waitin' for a Superman

What I'd like to hear:

What is the Light?—>The Observer
In the Morning of Magicians
Approaching Pavonis Mons
Feeling Yourself Disintigrate
Sleeping on the Roof
I highly doubt they will play this many songs. These events tend to be pretty short sets and lots of talk…
