If one decided to buy a single "cheap" ticket for these shows, (pre-service fees) that would come to $299 total. If one decided to buy a single good seat to these shoes (pre-service fees) that would come to $694.
Who do they think can afford this kind of stuff??

No Neil on sale date yet, though it'll cost $67 to $157. Bruce will cost $65 to $95.

what should they do, reschedule shows to fit your budgetary constraints? "sorry bruce, you're going to have to change your tour itinerary - DC has too many shows that month. how's april looking for you?"

Are you sure he is doing Misfits songs? From what I have read, Doyle is just opening for him. But it sounds like Danzig will be playing his solo stuff.

The older folks who were fans during the heyday of these artists and now have lots of money to spend.

I'm pretty sure he's playing Misfits songs, since that's how it's being billed. Really wish I had the money for that show…

Who is going to the Police? The prices are too rich for my blood, but I'd like to go and have a pre-sale opportunity and the seats aren't too bad. However, I also wanna go to Bruce (looking for someone to help me get tickets b/c I'll be away from a computer). Anyway sorry to sidetrack but I am curious if anyone is forking over dough for the Police? (and sweetcell - everyone has every right to make a statement or at best, complain about these prices and the shows all together - I don't think anyone is stating anything other than the obvious and that doesn't mean switching tour dates to appease us.)

Funny you should say "synth pop." I think this might be another one of his acoustic shows.

I've given them a dollar or two this past summer. I'll be there in all my splendor. Got tix for D.C., the Garden on Halloween, & if it wasn't for me DJing on November 3rd & Morrissey the night before here In D.C., I wouldn't be getting ready to sell my A.C. ticket. 3 shows already, 2 coming up, I'm thinking 6 may be greedy. But fuck it. May do it anyway. You only live once.

Concerts aren't ALL songs & drinks. If you want killer seats, you gotta pay to play, baby. You're talking about 4 certified legends & one of the biggest selling groups of all time. I'm not a lawyer, nor would I consider myself rich yet chances are I'm gonna be at 4 out of those 5 shows. If someone told you one of the best times of your life was gonna cost you a couple hundred bucks, wouldn't you pay?? Concerts aren't just drinks & sing-alongs or hours of nostalgia for baby boomers to some people, fam. I suscribe to the theory that
concerts are an investment in one's happiness. You CAN'T put a price on that shit. PERIOD.
Money comes & goes, but time is the only thing in this world you spend that you can never get back.

3/5 of those bands are little more than nostalgia acts, though.

I see what you're saying, but I'd rather invest my money in my home and my retirement account. ;)

I know, I know. However, was it the time of your life? I mean some are saying they wish they never went to the Police shows - are they improving any? I'm willing to pay but for two tickets at $500+ - I'm not so sure my friends would be willing to pay me back and I can get a trip to LA and much more for that…and I like it more when money comes or is available. :) I think I'm nixing the Police - just a bit over my price limit.
