I think it's still sold out…..I guess people who had tickets to the original date didn't ask for refunds.

If that was at MPP, I would definitely be in attendance for all 3 for $50 (nostalgia for my teenage years).

I went. El Vez wasn't there because he was off on tour doing the El Vez thing. Still a good set, though.

Wow that is a lot of suck. I have seen all of those artists back in the day but now I cringe at the thought of them. Korn was pretty great live around when Issues came out but the very last time I saw them was Summer 2006 and they were trash.
Rob Zombie used to be cool live as well but has he put out anything good since Hellbilly Deluxe? Nope.
I can honestly say Disturbed and Breaking Benjamin were some of the worst tripe I have ever seen.
Slipknot had one of the best debuts of the nu-metal era and I was excited to see them at Ozzfest but they were fairly disappointing and that was peak popularity with all original members. Paul Gray is dead and Joey Jordison is out and he was easily the most talented musician of the band. Bleh!
Marilyn Manson is probably the best out of that lot but I have not heard much from him since Golden Age of Grotesque. He probably still puts on a decent show I would imagine.

Beach House March 24, somwhere in fucking Baltimore ;D
WHAT TO EXPECT:
We are going to install a design we have created and play as a two-piece within this "installation." The performance will be continuous without breaks. Due to the lack of stages, the audience will be expected to sit on the floor (bring a pillow!). The show will feature songs mostly from Thank Your Lucky Stars, Devotion and our self titled record (songs we can play as a two piece). This is by no means a "stripped down" or intentionally intimate performance. The design requires a maximum audience of 200, so that all can see the performance space.
THE CONCEPT:
It has always been difficult to carry the initial moments of creativity that inspire our music through the process of making and releasing a record. There are many chances along the way for the feeling to get lost. A lot of "bedroom" bands experience this when they get to the studio or the stage. This installation performance is an attempt to elicit this pure, embryonic state of mind for ourselves and our audience.
A NOTE ON TICKET PRICES:
The ticket costs for these alternative-space performances are much higher than our normal shows. This is due to the very high production costs and low ticket number. The ticket price is set as low as possible in order to cover our costs and not lose money on the show. We sincerely apologize if it's unaffordable for any fans who may want to attend.

I want to like this band because they are from Baltimore, but they are so f'ing pretentious and their music is SO BORING. Ugh.
